Susan Jo Newton

Susan Newton, age 67, passed away in Omaha, Nebraska, on October 2, 2022. She was born May 31, 1955 to the late Donald and Nancy (Miller) Carritt in Onawa, IA. Susan worked at Mutual of Omaha for 25 years, then First Data Resources for 25 years. She enjoyed playing Bingo, reading, and puzzles. Susan is survived by her daughter, Nancy Pederson; son Milo Pederson; grandson, Leland Newton; sister, Viki Martell; and close friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, at Good Shepherd Funeral Home's 90th Street Chapel. Memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society.[more]
