Cindy Lynn Charrette

Cindy Lynn Charrette, age 55, passed away October 10, 2022. Cindy was born July 27, 1967 in Louisville, Kentucky. After high school Cindy earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Indiana. She was corpsman in the United States Navy before being honorable discharged and worked as an in-home caretaker. Cindy was a very creative person, she wrote many beautiful poems and stories and enjoyed crafting and decorating her home and personal spaces, often with peacocks, her favorite animal. In her spare time, she enjoyed singing, going out with her friends, and spending time with her kids. Cindy had a gift for seeing the good in everything and staying positive even through hard times. She was also well known for her lively spirit, she loved to have fun wherever she was. Her eccentric outfits and corny sense of humor never stopped her from having a good time. Cherished mother of Olivia, Ellysa, Antonio, Isabella, and Ukiah. Beloved daughter and stepdaughter of Barbara (Al) Farlow. Dear sister of Tina, Robin, Christy, and Bobby. y other close friends and family. Visitation for Cindy will take place Friday, October 21, 2022 from 1-5pm with a funeral service, 4pm, at Chas. Verheyden, Inc., 21705 Gratiot Avenue, Eastpointe. A private burial will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
