Nancy is predeceased by her husband, William Welk, Jr. She is survived by her children, Tom Welk, Judy (Mike) Incardona, Bob Welk, & Sandy (Joe) Conidaris; grandchildren, Tanya (Keith) Mcphail, Michael Incardona, Joseph (Marie Wright) Conidaris, Justin (Kasey) Conidaris, Joshua (Payton) Conidaris, & Julie (Kenny Buzenius) Conidaris; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. Nancy's life story will be shared during her visitation at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, (between 390 & Long Pond Rd.), Thursday, Dec. 1st, 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Her funeral service will be celebrated, Friday, Dec. 2nd, at 10 AM at the funeral home, followed by her entombment in Riverside Cemetery.
