GREECE - Passed away peacefully on January 24, 2023 at age 90. Predeceased by his loving wife Maria Zobel; brothers John, Martin; sisters Rosina, Christina, Katharina & Maria. Michael is survived by his children; Michael (Sylvia) Zobel Jr., Heidi (Steven) Kasper, Erika (Chris Johnson) Zobel; grandchildren, Katharine, Sarah & Michael (Erika Rizzotti) Zobel, Benjamin (Alyssa) Kasper & Johnathan DeRue; great-grandson Wolfgang Michael Zobel; brother George (Regina) Zobel, many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be shared during visitation Friday, January 27, 4 -7 PM at the funeral home (1411 Vintage Lane, Rochester NY). Michael's Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, 10:30 AM at Messiah Lutheran Church (4301 Mt. Read Blvd. Rochester NY). Interment Riverside Cemetery.
