ping throughout the United States, including the Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, the Rocky Mountains, the Smokey Mountains, and Florida to name a few. She enjoyed watching wildlife, especially bird-watching, at her rural home in Quincy for 47 years. Her lifelong passion was traveling the world, and after Gary's retirement, they visited many exotic places including, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Iceland, Panama, Hawaii, Alaska and Israel, where they made many lasting friendships along the way. She and Gary shared many of these travels with their great friends, Verlyn and Laura Luker of Quincy. Sandra stated, "that her love for travel has prepared her for her best trip yet.......to Heaven". She also had a hobby of collecting seals and had an extensive collection from locations all around the world. Sandra is survived by three sons, Kevin (Mechelle) Seals of Delavan, IL, Gregory (Sarah Kreiner) Seals of Lewisville, TX, and Roderick Seals of Quincy; a daughter-in-law, Maria Williams of Quincy; four grandchildren, Logan and Skylar Seals of Delavan, IL, and Dylan and Savannah (Justin Hills) Seals of St. Petersburg, FL; a great-grandchild, Bryson Hills of St. Petersburg, FL; a brother-in-law, Ron Seals of Hannibal, MO.; and many other family members and friends. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, her brother (Terrance Stice), her husband (Gary), and a step-brother in-law (Jim Carver). Visitation: 5:00 to 7: 00 p.m. on Friday, February 10, 2023 at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home. Services: 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home with Pastor Ryan Wiemelt officiating. Burial will be immediately following at Quincy Memorial Park, Quincy, Illinois.
