SANDRA ROBINETTE MUSCATINE, Iowa - Sandra Robinette, 67, of Muscatine, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at the University of Iowa. Celebration of Life will be from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Boonies On The Avenue, 214 Iowa Ave, Muscatine, Iowa. Ralph J. Sandra was born on January 11, 1956, in Muscatine, the daughter of Delbert and Eva Whitkoff Medley and raised by Margarate and Walter Wittkoff. Sandra enjoyed crafting and interior designing. She loved spending time in her yard and porch, boating on the river, and having BBQ's. She even played softball when she was younger.
