Robert J Wright Sr.

Robert J. Wright Sr. (Bob), age 79, passed away in Gloucester County, New Jersey on November 16, 2023. Bob was an incredible father, grandfather, husband, brother and a friend who will be missed by all. Bob was born in Ocean City, New Jersey and spent several years residing in Bellmawr, New Jersey and Beverly, Massachusetts. Bob attended South Philadelphia High School and Penn State University. Bob was a veteran of the Pennsylvania National Guard and a Reserve in the United States Army. Bob spent numerous years working at Boeing and the Philadelphia Naval Yard before retiring from the United States Government. Bob enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams and watching Penn State football. Survivors include Bob Wright Jr. (Lisa); Christopher Wright (Brian) and Shawn Wright (Dylan); Grandchildren Jack, Cassidy and Taylor. Kathleen Wright, mother of Bob's children and family and friends in and around Beverly, Massachusetts. Bob was preceded in death by parents Clyde and Edna Wright, brother Clyde Wright Jr. and wife Pamela Holleran Wright.
