Jose C. Domingo, Jr.

EAST BRUNSWICK- JOSE C. DOMINGO, JR., passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. He was 78 years old. Born in Nueva Ecija, Philippines, Jose, Jr. immigrated to the United States in 1986 at the age of 41 with his wife and three daughters. He graduated from Far Eastern University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and completed his MBA at Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. He was Assistant Treasurer of AG&P Company of Manila before moving to the United States. He worked as the Finance Manager of VWR Scientific for a decade before the company moved out of New Jersey. Prior to retiring at age 66, he was the Finance Manager for F. Walther Electric Corporation, US subsidiary of international company Walther-Werke located in Somerset, New Jersey. Jose, Jr. is survived by his beloved wife, Jovita (Jovy); his daughters, Jhanice and Joanne; his sons-in-law, Terence Calulo and Carl Lesaca; his granddaughters, Gisel, Ellie, and Mara. g, Reynaldo, passed away on the same day as him in the Philippines. Jose, Jr. embodied hard work, perseverance, and quiet resilience. He found joy not from grand gestures but from the simple pleasures that life offered. He was a tenacious provider for his family and worked tirelessly to send his three daughters to Our Lady of Peace School, Mother Seton Regional High School, and Boston College -- a steadfast commitment to Catholic education. He was happiest when he was with his family, especially his grandchildren -- his pride and joy. Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, January 3, 2023, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, at The BRUNSWICK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 4th, at 8:45 am, at the funeral home, with a 9:30 am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bartholomew's R.C.
