Nancy E. Anderson

Nancy Elizabeth (nee Fowler) Anderson passed away on July 14, 2024. Nancy was born December 7, 1936 to Curtis and Florine Fowler and grew up in Chester, Pennsylvania with her sister Patricia. After graduating from Chester High School, Nancy continued her education at West Chester University where she earned a bachelor's degree in Education. Nancy continued her education and earned a dual masters at Glassboro State College now known as Rowan University. Nancy played and coached many sports during her time in high school and college. James Anderson and Nancy married in October 1969 and raised their two daughters in Sicklerville, New Jersey. Nancy enjoyed helping her daughters in Girl Scouts, enjoyed gardening and the family camping trips. Nancy is predeceased by her husband the late James Anderson. She is survived by her 2 daughters Nancy Kelly Gentile (Bob), and Patti Smerechenski (Rob) her beloved grandchildren Stephanie McAteer, Jamie Smerechenski, Andrew Smerechenski and Alexis Kelly Gentile who will remember her as "Grandmom with the Chickens" and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
