Loving Mom-Mom of Cheryl Lynn, Rachel, and Brittany Vogel, Alicia Lafferty (Brennan), James, and Braelin Grill. Great-Grandmother of Aiden, Sadie, Ellie, Emery, and another one on the way. Dear sister of Mimi Rafferty, Bettyanne Snyder, and the late James Rafferty, Regina Smith, Patricia Wigginton, Donna Vogel, and Colette Carroll. Daughter of the late Hugh A. Rafferty Jr, and Regina Ann Rafferty (nee Gilham). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Besides being a treasured family matriarch, Eileen was talented and crafty. She had a knack for decorating, painting and calligraphy. She loved all types of music and live performances.
