Melvin Rios

Melvin Rios, of Wausau, died on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at Wausau Manor. He was 67 years old. He was born on January 23, 1957 in Milwaukee, a son of Felix Rios and Helen Pospichal. Melvin was born and raised in Milwaukee. He served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1974. He later moved to Antigo and most recently Wausau. He was a Green Bay Packer, Milwaukee Brewer and Wisconsin Badger Fan. Survivors include two brothers, Steven (Michelle) Rios of Wausau and Donald (Shelley) Rios of Antigo; six children, Jason, Josh, Dylan, Christina, Josie and Kayla; and many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Timothy; and brothers, Ronald and Felix Rios, Jr. A gathering will be held on Thursday, August 15, from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home. Military Honors will take place at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.[more]
