Raymond "Ray" Bennett

Raymond R. Bennett Brockport: Passed away on August 20, 2024, at the age of 66. Ray is predeceased by his father, Earl W. Bennett Sr; grandparents, Raymond Snyder & Cora Snyder, Harvey & Mildred Carlock. He is survived by his daughter, Samantha (Frank) Fitzmaurice; granddaughter, Brooklyn Fitzmaurice, step-son, Alex Fico; mother, Doris Bennett; siblings, Earl W. (Deb) Bennett Jr, Brenda L. (David) Gilchrist & Julie A. Bennett; niece & nephews, Krystie (Kyle) Flath, Michael R. Bennett, Cory L. Gilchrist & Nathan Gilchrist. Ray was a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and retired truck driver. He was an avid hunter with his family and friends at the Moonbeam Club. Ray will be remembered as caring and helpful, always willing to assist his family and friends. Spending time with his family was very important, especially with his granddaughter, Brooklyn. Ray's interment will be held on Friday, September, 20, at 2 PM in Western New York National Cemetery, 1270 Indian Falls Rd., Corfu, NY 14036.[more]
