Mary Ruth Wiley July 6, 1932 - August 31, 2024 Mary Ruth Wiley was born in Annapolis, Missouri on July 6, 1932 to Lawrence and Zella Scaggs. She married the love of her life, J. E, Wiley, on January 12, 1949. Mary Ruth and J.E. spent a lot of their time traveling the United States and Canada. She was always willing to lend a helpful hand to those with a problem. She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Brazil, Jo Ella Bryant, son-in-law, Gary Bryant, her grandchildren, Jarrod Brazil, Leigh Wiley, Kim Person and Jason Wiley, her great grandchildren, Payton Brazil, Riley Brazil, Benjamin Person and Maddie Person, sisters, Caroline Palmer, Trula King, Tammy Sutton, Le Ann Stube, and Jenni Fredrich, brothers Roger and Randell Scaggs. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Zella Scaggs, her husband, J.E. Wiley, son Jay Wiley, sister Glenna King, and brother Orville Scaggs. Pavillion services will begin at 10:00 a.m, Monday, September 9, 2024 at the Los Banos District Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Whitehurst Funeral Chapels~Los Banos. [more]
