Michael Sage

Michael Sage, age 46, of Antigo, died on September 18, 2024. He was born on November 30, 1977 in Grand Junction, Colorado. Michael spent his childhood in Southern California where he developed a love for surfing and Carne Asada burritos. He married Britany Lynn McCanney, and they had three sons. The couple later divorced. Following in his grandmother's footsteps, Michael had a love for baking. He was also a Green Bay Packers fan and will be remembered for his sense of humor. He moved to Antigo in July of 2023. He is survived by his three sons, Michael Troy Sage, Jr., Landon Robert Kent Sage and Caleb Thomas Sage all of Port Leyden, New York; his mother, Virginia (Robertson) Chalmers of Antigo; a sister, Lisa Sage of Balsam Grove, North Carolina; grandmother, Susan Anne Robertson; half-siblings, Melissa Purves, Aria Fitch both of Clarkston, MI, Seven Fitch of Pontiac, MI, Malinda Gale, Timothy Ratcliff both of Texas and Jill Cameron of Holly, MI; and life long best friend, Ronnie Larsen of Southern California.
