Carol Anne Moore, age 82, of Antigo, died on September 14, 2024 at her home under the care of her family and LeRoyer Hospice. She was born on September 12, 1942 in Antigo, a daughter of the late Allen and Bernice (Koszarek) Walker. She married Chuck Moore on June 6, 1959 in Antigo. He preceded her in death on August 27, 2010. Carol enjoyed the camaraderie of her co-workers and the friendships she made in the community while working at Fittante's County Market. She loved reading, going to the library, spending time with her family, and vacations at the beach. Survivors include three sons, Jeff (Peggy) Moore of Greenville, SC, Greg (Shannon) Moore of Wausau, and Steven (Jill) Moore of Green Bay; a daughter, Dawn Moore of Wausau; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four sisters, Joanne Anderson of Santa Barbara, CA, Ora (Jerome) Galarowicz of Antigo, Elaine (Ronald) Fischer of Antigo, and Mary Ellen Golbach of Lakewood; two brothers, James (Jean) Walker and John (Lisa Welnetz) Walker both of Antigo. n Friday, October 4, at 12 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Hoffmann officiating. A private entombment will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Antigo Public Library Foundation, 617 Clermont Street, Antigo, WI 54409. A special thank you to the staff at Pride TLC in Weston and Sandy and the staff at LeRoyer Hospice for the wonderful care they provided to Carol.
