Larry Robert Messerschmitt

Larry Robert Messerschmitt passed away at St. Luke's Hospital on October 5, 2024, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa at the age of 47. Larry is survived by his stepfather Billy Hart, sisters Michelle (Bob) Clark, Jessie Hart, Hailey Hart, brother Christopher Hart, son Thomas Watsky, daughters Alexa Messerschmitt and Kyana Messerschmitt. Larry is preceded in death by his father Larry Messerschmitt and his mother Bonnie Hart. Larry enjoyed outdoor activities including fishing and hunting mushrooms. Socially, Larry never seemed to meet a stranger and captivated the hearts of nearly everyone he met. Larry will be remembered for his ever-present smile, carefree spirit, and good heartedness.[more]
