Dolores Joan Doucette

Dolores Joan "DeDe" Doucette, age 93, a lifelong Antigo resident, passed away on February 3, 2025 at Care Partners Assisted Living. She was born on April 17, 1931 in Antigo, WI, a daughter of John and Mary (Huncovsky) Doucette. She was a graduate of Antigo High School with the class of 1949. In the years following she was employed as a telephone switchboard operator with General Telephone in Antigo and as a bookkeeper for Don Fraley Motors and Parson's of Antigo. Survivors include two sisters, Carol Fisher and Sue Doucette of Antigo; nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Hofmann, Fred (Stacey) Hofmann of Antigo, Jamie (Ray) Carver of Oshkosh, Diane (Glenn) Weberpal, Steve Fisher, and Joanie Fisher of Antigo, Barb (John) Koskovich of South Sioux City, Nebraska, Donna (Mick) Prather, Deb (Monte) Hoffmeyer, Linda (Arlo) Anderson, and Gary (Michelle) Jacobson of Estherville Iowa, John Doucette, Danielle Ardito, and Debbie Holbein. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sisters, Shirley Jacobson and Mary Ann Hofmann; brothers, Gordon Doucette and Jerry Doucette; brothers-in-law, Alvin Fisher, Arnie Jacobson, and Jim Hofmann; a sister-in-law, Janet Doucette; and nieces, Lisa Hillery and Jackie Hipke. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 15, at 12 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Hoffmann officiating. Burial will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home. Dolores's family would like to thank the staff and caregivers at Care Partners and LeRoyer Hospice for the wonderful care.
