Jeptha Lombardo, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 7, 2025. He was born on August 4, 1951, in Auburn, Alabama, to Tony and Leneh Lombardo. Jep graduated from Antigo High School in 1971 and went on to build a life filled with love and dedication. On May 3, 1979, he married Sharon (Adkins) Novy at Peace Lutheran Church in Antigo. Jep was a hardworking man, contributing his skills at Arrowhead News and later at Weinbrenner Shoe Company, from which he retired in 2015. His pride and joy were his daughter and grandsons. From the moment his grandsons were born, they stole a special place in Jep's heart. He cherished every moment spent with them, whether it was playing games, sharing stories, or simply enjoying their company. Jep loved traveling and took great joy in planning trips with his grandsons, creating lasting memories filled with adventure including camping and fishing. y together. Jep also enjoyed motorcycle rides, fishing, bowling and pool often participating in local leagues. He loved golfing, where he enjoyed the challenge of the course and the camaraderie with loved ones on sunny days. His last golf game was with his daughter and grandson and will always be a cherished memory. He is survived by his cherished wife, Sharon of 45 years; his loving daughter, Jacque (Bryan) Bailey of Wausau; and his beloved grandsons, Logan Bailey of Los Angeles, California, Landon Bailey-Skibo (Craig) of Menasha, and Lawson Harris (Baile) of Neenah. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Mary Lombardo. Jep was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Tom and John Lombardo; a sister, Linda Broen; and a brother-in-law, Howard Broen. Jep will be remembered for his kind heart, dedication to family, and his sense of humor. He touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed. Services are pending, detail will be posted when services are scheduled.
