John Rinehart

John Rinehart, 66, from Coralville, IA passed away unexpectedly on April 22, 2025. John was born on April 27, 1958 in Mattoon, IL to Bob and Rita Rinehart. While he worked in the fiber-optic industry for most of his life, he was retired at the time of his death. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 1-3 pm at the Morse Community Center in Morse, IA. John loved his Harley motorcycle though he was unable to ride for the past several years. His beloved motorcycle, however, still had a dedicated space in his garage where he could admire it at any time. John also loved to go fishing though, as John would say, most of the time it was mainly just to feed the fish. According to John, his main job of recent, was to annoy his wife, Jill, too which he was successful. John is survived by his wife, Jill Sparks, his daughter, Natasha (Dennis) Grayson, grandchildren, Ryleigh and Van; his nephews, Nate, Matt and Josh; neices, Amber and Autumn; brothers, Dan and Jimmy; Aunt, Sylvia; sisters-in-law, Marie and Vikki; brothers-in-law, Calvin, Craig, Neil and Brian; mother-in-law, Marge.
