He especially looked forward to the Fall season when he pursued his passion for duck hunting on the marshes of Green Bay in the skiff he built when he was just 15 years old. His first duck hunting trip to Canada was in Saskatchewan in 1967 which led to the annual trip to the prairies of Manitoba with his sons and grandsons from 1972 until his last Canadian hunt in 2003. He also enjoyed deer and bird hunting and frequent trips Up North, along with his weekly visits to the casino. Survivors include the love of his life for over 60 years, Exie Ann, and his eight children: Kathy (and special friend Paul Riis), Mike (Shirley), Tom (Bev), Patti (Michael) Bailey, Stephen (Marcia), Susie, David (Kathy), and Nancy Jo (Shawn) Buhrmester. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren: Shelly, Michael John, Missy, Scott, Heather, Nick, Bud, Adam, Ryan, Brittni, Tracy, Zachary, Derek, Dylan, and Kaeden as well as three great-grandchildren: Amanda, Jordan, and Austin. ?Butch? is also survived by his brothers Norb and Joey (Beattie), sister-in-law Rona Loch, sisters Flossie Persson, Anna Wouters, Lucille Lannoye, Laverne (Ray) Burich, Honey Wesoloski, and Geraldine and many nieces and nephews. Harold was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Sylvester, Howard, Bucky, Mal, and Kenny; brothers-in-law Floyd Wouters, Melvin Lannoye, Norman Wesoloski, and Jim Persson; sisters-in-law Gen Loch, Mary Loch, Maggie Loch, and Jeannie Loch; and grandson David Roznowski. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Harold's name. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff of Unity Hospice, especially Yvette, whose kindness made such a difference in Harry's quality of life in his final days.
