ing and was an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Britt, the Britt American Legion and the I.O.O.F. Lodge. Jim is survived by his five children and their families, Robert Ryburn of Texas and his twin daughters, Maribell and Frances both of Texas, Cindy (Ted) Kopacek of Maple Grove, MN and their daughter, Heidi Kopacek of Minneapolis, MN, Mark Ryburn of Bloomington, MN and his daughter, Desirae (Michael) Lowell of Forest City and their two children, Nora and Michael, Christy (Darryl) Dehn of Maple Grove, MN and their two sons, A.J. and Tyler both at home; and Chad (Christi) Ryburn of New Prague, MN and their six children, Julianna, James, Rebecca, Matthew, Savannah and Luke all at home; a sister, Marjorie Sturges of Mason City; and a sister-in-law, Jackie (Paul) MacVey of Ames. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley, Jan. 8, 2006; his parents; a brother, Bill Ryburn; and a sister, Ruth Ryburn.
