Patricia L. Lawrence

Patricia L. Lawrence, 78, Green Bay, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at a local hospital. She was born January 13, 1931 to the late William and Lyla (Meetz) DeBreau in Green Bay. Patricia graduated from West High School in 1949. She served her country in the Women’s Army Corps. Patricia was employed by North West Engineering and retired from the Green Bay Police Department in 1991 as Captain of Detectives. She served as Secretary, Treasurer, President and Executive Director of the Wisconsin Juvenile Officer’s Association and was a member of Retired Senior Citizen Volunteer Program. Patricia loved to travel to South Carolina with her brother Bill, to Ixtapa and take Caribbean Cruises. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, July 16, at Lyndahl Funeral Home. Visitation will continue after 9 a.m. Friday at Calvary Lutheran Church, 1301 S. Ridge Road, where a funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Earl Vorpagel III officiating. Burial will be at Fort Howard Memorial Park.
