George Anthony Ryden

George Anthony Ryden, 65, passed away Friday, September 2, 2011, ending a year and a half long battle against gastric cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Jackie, his stepson Jay Hill, his niece and nephews, and many dear friends. George was a special person who touched the lives of everyone with whom he dealt. He was a gifted artist and teacher. He taught art for 35 years in Miami Dade Schools, the majority of those years at Miami Central High School. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, September 8th at 6:30 pm at Miami Shores Country Club, 10000 Biscayne Blvd, Miami Shores, FL 33138.
