Graveside Memorial Services for Terry Phillips, 46, of Chariton will be Monday, October 29, 2007 at 1:00 PM at the Chariton Cemetery. The family invites everyone to attend a Celebration of Terry's Life at 3:00 PM on Monday at the Columbia Community Center. Family requests in Lieu of Flowers Memorials to the Columbia Fire & Rescue or to the New Covenant Church in Knoxville. He graduated from East High School in 1979. Terry was employed at 3-M in Knoxville in the maintenance Department. He passed away October 25, 2007 at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Terry enjoyed people, he went out of his way to help and always put others first. He had a great sense of humor and loved to tease everyone, and had a special way of making people feel comfortable.
