nd a Charter Member of the Chariton Kiwanis Club. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Chariton and served on Session. Everett enjoyed hunting and fishing when his knees allowed walking, and also enjoyed traveling, reading, photography and especially cooking. He was very proud of his children and his happiest moments were spent driving to either Denver to visit his son Steve and his family or to Dallas to visit his daughter Lisa and her partner. He enjoyed doing things for other people, especially those who were unable to completely care for themselves. His patients always came first and many, including their children and grandchildren, remained loyal throughout his 40 years of practice. Everett was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Ruth and his son Phillip Wayne. He is survived by his children, Lisa and her partner Eden Bryant of Austin, Texas and his son Steve, his wife Kris; their children Megan and Jack of Parker, Colorado; and a sister Rosemary (Neal) Wolfe of Oskaloosa.
