Clifton James "Jim" Bloom

Clifton James Bloom (Jim) of Holland, PA went to the Lord on February 4, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Carol (nee Volinsky) and cherished son of Beate Bloom and the late George Bloom. He was the loving father of Derek Minno Bloom (Liza) and brother of George Bloom Jr. (Susan). A man of great faith, he was a devoted elder at Northampton Presbyterian Church and helped form a men's fellowship group there. Born in Waynesboro, PA, Jim traveled extensively. He graduated from Waynesboro High School in 1969 and Shippensburg University in 1973. He retired from a career as a purchaser after 35 years. An avid golfer and reader, Jim will be remembered as a big-hearted and humorous friend to all. Relatives and friends are invited to call after 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at the Northampton Presbyterian Church, 539 Buck Road, Holland, PA 18966. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at 12:00 PM officiated by Rev. Christopher O. Edward. Remembrances in his name to the Northampton Township Library, 25 Upper Holland Rd.
