He loved to work on his SS Chevelle and was always tinkering under the hood. Rick and Kathy had been married 18 years when Rick died unexpectedly at their rural Malvern home on December 10, 2005 at the age of 54 years, 2 months, and 24 days. Rick was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Clark. Rick is survived by his wife Kathy of Malvern; father Howard B. Clark and his wife Mary of Glenwood; sisters Pamela Barns of Glenwood and Bonnie Heller and her husband David of Irwin, IA; brothers Howard Clark and his special friend Jackie Laire of Hastings, IA, Leonard Clark and his wife Kris of Tabor, IA, Russell Clark of Shenandoah, IA, and Douglas Clark of Oakland, IA; Kathy's parents Mary and David Walkowiak of Grand Island, NE; and Kathy's brothers and sisters Dave Walkowiak and his wife Diane of Columbus, NE, Rebecca Walkowiak of Lincoln, John Walkowiak and his wife Joy of Grand Island, Robert Walkowiak and his wife Deb of Grand Island, Joan Unruh and her husband Rob of Webber, KS, Paul Walkowiak and his wife Cindy of Grand Island, Janice Luth and her husband Jack of Grand Island, and Susan Dieckgrafe and her husband Jim of Cook, NE; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
