Sun Prairie - Judith "Judy" L. Meyer, age 60 passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, April 3, 2012. She was born on December 18, 1951 in Sheboygan, WI, the daughter of Richard and Lillian Stevens. On December 20, 1975, Judy married the love of her life, Richard J. Meyer. They began their lives together in Sheboygan, moving to Princeton, residing there for 17years until they settled in Sun Prairie. Over the years, Judy had worked at Sunny View Nursing Home and Piggly Wiggly both in Princeton and most recently at Pick-n-Save/COPPS in Sun Prairie. Many of you may have seen her smiling face and even chatted with her when you were passing by the produce department. In her younger years, Judy and Richard really enjoyed being on a couples bowling league together. She was an active member of the Women's VFW Auxiliary in Princeton. The one thing that she cherished the most in her life was her family. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart and she made it known that she loved them. f Sheboygan, four siblings; Bernice Clarbout of Sheboygan, Brian (Donna) Stevens of Sheboygan, Randall Stevens of Green Bay, Debbie (Shawn) Speckman of Sheboygan and a niece, Heather Stevens of Sheboygan and nephews, Randy Stevens and Josh Stevens of Sheboygan. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Richard Stevens and a brother, Richard Stevens Jr. Memorial services celebrating her life will be held at CRESS FUNERAL SERVICE, 3325 E. Washington Ave., on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 11:00 am with Pastor Mike Novotny officiating. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 10:00 am until the time of service.
