Clayton Seemann

Clayton Harper Seemann, age 54, of Spirit Lake, passed away Thursday June 14, 2012 at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake. He was born on February 2, 1958 to Eugene and Elsie (Blass) Bates and lovingly raised by Harper and Betty (Vanderburg) Seemann. Clayton graduated from Spirit Lake High School in 1976 and Iowa Lakes Community College in 1978. He married Linda Gross on November 5, 1983 at the Spirit Lake United Methodist Church in Spirit Lake. Clayton enjoyed spending time with family, traveling, watching the Rams and Lakers and any sports his kids were playing. He also enjoyed his best bud Kobe, VW 's and sports cars. Clayton was proud to work for the City of Spirit Lake for over 24 years, up until his accident. Following his accident, Clayton was cared for by several wonderful nurses.
