Michael James Suter, 55, of Hollywood, Florida passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 in Coral Gables, Florida.
Born in Oxnard, California on August 27, 1956, the son of James and Helen (Young) Suter. Raised and educated in Oxnard, Michael graduated from San Diego State University in 1980.
Survived by his beloved wife of nearly 25 years, Lucy Marie (Maytorena) Suter, his mother, Helen (Young) Suter, devoted children, Pilar E. Suter and James A. Suter, and sister, Ann Marie (Suter) Jesse. He was preceded in death by his father, James Suter, and sister, Kathleen Wade.
Michael was a strong member of the community and an active member in BNI (Business Networking International). His relentless dedication to the arts, and most recently Miami graffiti, made Mike the character we know and love. The pivotal year of 1976 was frequently brought up in countless conversations.
A Memorial Service and Celebration of Mike's Life will be held on Monday, August 20th at 3:00 P.M. at Fred Hunter's Hollywood Memorial Garden Home, 6301 Taft Street Hollywood, FL. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
