Rosemary D. Hoey, age 56, of Centerville, OH went home to be with our Lord on Monday September 24, 2012. Rosemary was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was raised by her grandmother, Dolores Mullen, who preceded her in death. She was very active with Southbrook Christian Church as part of their Guest Services Team, volunteered with Catholic Social Services in Dayton, was active with the Dayton Ski Club, Ball Room Dancing, Reike, holistic care and was a strong proponant of essential oils and their healing properties and uses. She enjoyed cooking, cycling, running, exercise, dancing, and most of all smiling at her 6 grand children. Rosemary was a graduate of Sinclair Community College as a Registered Nurse, and more recently graduated from the Dayton School of Medical Massage as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2011. She was passionate about her fight against Genetically Modified Foods, preserving the constitution of our country, and above all, she remained passionate about her dedication to her family, especially her 2 children. y her children Harry E. Hoey III and wife Alisha; Jennifer A. Duncan and husband Mark; father of her children Harry E. Hoey Jr.; her sisters Regina, Donna, and Diane; she was a caring grandmother to Dylan, Preston, Jacob, Madelyn, Mary Kathryn, and Zachary; and many caring friends. Rosemary met each day with a contagious energy that will remain here on Earth amongst friends and family that knew and loved her, always. She lived her life glorifying the Lord with her constant works, and she will be remembered by her graciousness, her unconditional love, affections, and charismatic spirit, forever. Wake and visitation (viewing) for family and friends will take place Saturday morning from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at: Southbrook Christian Church 9095 Washington Church Rd. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 Funeral Service immediately following visitation at 12:00 pm.
