George Anspach, 84 passed away Sunday October 21, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born February 11, 1928 in Middletown, Ohio the son of Harley and Naomi Anspach. He retired as a security Guard at Monsanto after many years of service.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Nancy in 2009; three brothers, Roy Anspach (Marie), Roland Anspach, and Donald Anspach; and one sister, Mary Gay.
George is survived by his 4 children Karen Lamb and husband Anthony of Waynesville, Deborah Steinbarger and husband Elmer of Kettering, Steve Anspach and wife Sylvia of Franklin, and Greg Anspach and wife Melinda of Lebanon; special friend, Shirley Routzong; five siblings, Glenn Anspach (Faye), Martha Adams, Dale Anspach (Mary), Minnie Smith, and Gerald Anspach (Carolyn); two sister-in-laws, Pearl Anspach and Joyce Anspach. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and numerous, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, family, and friends.
Funeral service will be Friday, October 26, 2012 at 10:00 Am at Anderson Funeral Home (Springboro). Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5-8 at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Springboro Cemetery. [more]
