George David Ferguson

George Ferguson, 60, of Jewell, died Monday, November 19, 2012 at the Van Diest Medical Center. There will be no services. Arrangements were made with the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. George David Ferguson, son of Robert and Betty Scott Ferguson, was born March 15, 1952 in Decatur, IL. He graduated from Kirksville, Missouri high school and attended Northeast Missouri College. He lived in Kirksville from 1962 to 2007 then he moved to Jewell. He had been employed at Mid-Iowa Trucking for Howard Lamb. George retired in May of 2012 due to failing health. George is survived by his companion of 30 years, Judy Egesdal; daughters, Dr. Nicole Ferguson of Jewell; Lisa Ferguson of St. Louis, MO; step-children, Jodi and Stephen Lambert, both of Des Moines; Kelly Stockdale of Jewell; Kimberly Klein of Story City; Douglas Egesdal of DeWitt; 12 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
