Mrs. Nichols was also a very active member of the Peter Wollner American Legion Auxiliary where she was known as "The Money Lady at the Fish Fry". Lou was well known for her wonderful baking and her love of helping others. Mrs. Nichols is survived by her two sons, Craig (Barbara) Nichols of Royersford, PA and Kerry (Lynn) Nichols of Port Washington. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren: David, Erica, Kristin, Heidi and Trevor, 3 great-grandchildren: Benjamin, Ariel and Sheleigh, 2 sisters: Pat Hathaway of Bradenton, FL and Myrt Fieldhouse of Port Washington, 4 brothers: Willard Yngsdal of Brookfield, Robert (Elaine) Yngsdal of Reedsburg, Edward (Marion) Yngsdal of Fond du Lac and Arthur (Donna) of Prairie du Sac. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Lou is preceded in death by her husband, Ray, infant son Brian, granddaughter Shelly, brother William and sister Bea. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, December 6, at the Cedarburg Community United Methodist Church W68N563 Evergreen Blvd., Cedarburg. Rev. David Blackmer will officiate. Following services, she will be inurned at Zur Ruhe Cemetery with military honors. The family will receive visitors at CHURCH on Thursday from 1-2PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Peter Wollner American Legion Post or to Cedarburg Community United Methodist Church.
