Ellis Bundy

Ellis Bundy, age 85, of Springboro, OH; died Friday December 28, 2012 at Hospice of Butler/ Warren County. Ellis was born in Clay County, KY on May 21, 1927 to Elmer and Mae (Philpot) Bundy. He was a veteran of WW II serving in the U.S. Navy and retired from AK Steel in 1980 following 26 years of service. Ellis was preceded in death by 2 brothers Orus and Vernon Bundy and 2 sisters Juanita Owens and Elva Hampton. He is survived by his wife to whom he was married to for 64 years Gladys (Cottongim) Bundy; a son Daryl Bundy; a daughter Wilda Bundy VanNuys; 4 brothers Otis, Homer, Gene, and Clemons Bundy; 3 sisters Jewel Dean Taylor, Georgia Mae Heightchew, and Carol Marcum; 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services are 11am Thursday January 3, 2013 at Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St Springboro, OH with Pastor Bill Perry officiating.
