Debra Jo Costello, 57, of Andrew, Iowa, died on Saturday morning, February 9, 2013, at her home in Andrew, Iowa. A celebration of Debra's life will be held at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, February 13, 2013, from the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 P.M. on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 from the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa, Iowa. Burial will be at the Bridgeport Cemetery, rural Maquoketa, Iowa. Debra Jo Heuer was born on February 16, 1955 in Davenport, Iowa, to William Robert and Alice Marie (Wiskerchen) Heuer. She was a 1973 graduate of Davenport West High School. She was engaged to her longtime companion, Jerry Baresel of Andrew, Iowa. Debra had worked as the head cook for the Maquoketa Senior Center, then at DynaGear and lastly as a CNA for the Maquoketa Care Center in Maquoketa. Debra enjoyed camping and reading and especially spending time with her grandchildren and family.
