Kathleen "Kat" Hart

Kathleen Ellen Hart was born in Spencer, Iowa on June 13, 1981 in the middle of an Iowa tornado. She is the eldest daughter of Peter and Colleen Ellen (Lindauer) Hart of Emmetsburg, Iowa where she graduated from high school. She was a basketball star at Emmetsburg Catholic Grade School and Emmetsburg High School. Kathleen attended Kirkwood Community College in the surgical nursing technical field. Kathleen is survived by her 12 year-old daughter, Olivia Rose Hart and her 3 year-old daughter, Amanyi Terralyn Hart to whom she devoted her entire life. Kathleen's infectious laugh could light up a room and make any event seem like a celebration. Kathleen loved her grandparents, the late Peter and Izzy Hart of Whapeton and Jeri and Dick Lindauer of Bellevue, Nebraska. Kathleen was friendly, loyal and generous to any and all of her many friends. Left to cherish her memory is the extended Hart family that loved her: three brothers: Christopher Hart and his fiancé, Emily Hubbell, Patrick Hart and Sean Thomas Hart; her sister, Mary Kate Hart; many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins; her niece and nephew, and all of her "favorites".
