Virginia Frances Ballard, age 90 of Franklin, Ohio passed away February 18, 2013 at Kingston of Miamisburg . She was born August 20, 1922 in Paint Lick, Kentucky the daughter of Walter and Anna Coy. She is preceded in death by her Father, Walter Coy, Mother, Anna Coy, Sister, Lula Mae Coy, Brother, Owen Coy; and a granddaughter, Michelle Naylor. Virginia is survived by her 2 Sons - Gary (Linda) Ballard, Ronald (Ida Jean) Ballard; Daughter - Janet (Steve) Pomeroy; Grandson - Brian; a Granddaughter - Tammy; 5 Great Grandsons - Tyler, Ryan, Brayden, AJ, and Austin; 2 Great-granddaughters - Emily and Allison . She is also survived by numerous family and friends. Funeral service will be Thursday, February 21, 2013, at 1:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Homes (1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio). Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday at Anderson Funeral Homes. Burial will be in Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
