10 stars. I would like to say that Jeff ( and all the staff) really went the extra mile for my Mom. He made a trifold that was unique, beautiful and completely captured Mom. And he did it at 10 at night. And I sent revisions! He was just very calming, knew just what to do and say. The service, after the service, they were so responsive and helpful in a very personal and caring fashion. Mom looked great, everything was just as she would have wanted it. Can't say enough good things so will stop now.
Since I did not have the home address of the person I was glad that I was able to contact her this way. I hope she got my message.
Good accommodations and attention to details. Timelines were met despite the large crowd. Excellent dining and fellowship area post service.
