Whatever is said here will not be enough. The entire staff - everyone - at DuPage Cremations somehow made a very difficult loss feel a little better. Every detail was handled with genuine caring and compassion. And professionalism. The team was very responsive to questions and did their utmost to make my experience the best it could possibly be. From my brother Scott and me, thank you Alex, Kelsey, Karrie, Annette and Jeanie for bringing peace.
Dupage Cremation went above and beyond our expectations. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Every concern our family had, dupage Cremation handled it with a sincere and professional manner. If i could rate more stars then 5, i would without hesitation. We highly recommend DuPage Cremations to anyone in need of their services. We truly appreciated their work in making all the necessary arrangements, as well as creating the wonderful slideshow and memorial cards that will remain special to us indefinitely. The chapel is beautiful and was perfect for our memorial service. The courtesies and compassion they showed us were instrumental in beginning our healing process. The work that they do is so important, and they do it with respect and compassion.
I just wanted to say thank you again! From the moment I called and talked with Jennie, to when I stepped foot in DuPage Cremations & Memorial Chapel, you guys were so helpful (oh and trust me I sent quite a few emails and made a lot of phone calls) and they never made me feel like I was asking to much or bothering them. Every question was answered in a timely manner. That's wonderful customer service specially for a grieving wife. I also owe a huge "Thank you" to the Mortician! I just can't stop thinking about how good my husband looked on Sunday. I didn't know what to expect and once I saw him I was truly amazed. Lastly, I just want to say Anthony (my funeral Director) was phenomenal. I had over 150 people come to the funeral and he was so professional and made accomodations for me when needed, I really appreciate that. You guys get more than just a 5 star rating in my book. Karrie - from our first phone call to you, calls after hours, and the days up to and after the service, you were so helpful, answering all our questions, providing the name of an excellent florist, arranging for clergy, providing the use of your silk flowers, the DVD of photos, prayer cards, registration book... we cannot say enough about the excellent service provided by DuPage Cremations. It was more like dealing with an understanding friend during this difficult time. You certainly did reduce the stress of making the arrangements. The chapel was perfect for the service. And we were so pleased and thankful that Daniel looked so natural. We give you a 10 star rating, and will recommend your services to anyone who needs them. Yesterday was the amazing Memorial Service for our precious son who died suddenly in a car crash. Alex, John, and all the staff have been truly wonderful and went "above and beyond" to help us cope with this tragedy. From start to finish, everything was done perfectly and we can't thank them enough.
Alex and his staff went way above and beyond what i would have hoped for at this sad and stressful time in our lives. From our first meeting you could get a sense of Alex's sincerity,knowledge and professionalism . He was helpful and insightful when we were picking out our cards, prayers, songs and getting our many pictures together. we knew our father was in good and caring hands. On behalf of the family of the late Louis J. Campagna, I want to say that DuPage Cremations acted above and beyond any expectations we could have. Not only did the staff show respect, concern, and honest care for the family, but the respect shown to the body of the deceased was unbelievable. Alex and John were so helpful and respectful. At the risk of sounding redundant, the respect shown was above and beyond expectations.
