We appreciated the opportunity to leave a message of condolence and share photos of our dear friend on this site. When you live a long distance away, this opportunity helps. Oak Hines helped us with the loss of our son nearly 40 years ago when we lived in Canton and they are still there to help. Thank you.

My uncle recently passed away and it made me think... I wonder if my daddy's obituary and memorials are still available to view. So I checked. And to my surprise, 2 years later you still had them available for viewing. I can't tell you what an amazing sight that was! Thank you for holding on to those memories for us to revisit. That meant the world to me and my family. It also made me remember how amazing your entire staff was to us during one of the darkest times in our life. Absolutely everything was done with compassion and care for our mother and our family. Perfection is the only word that can express how everything was handled by your very gifted and caring employee, Debra Rushing Glenn. All of the special touches she did weren't unnoticed. All of mothers family and friends who payed tribute to her made mention of how professional yet personal things were done. Thank you all.
