Updating Billing Information
Our primary form of payment is credit card. There are often times when your card has expired, or a new card was issued due to fraud protection. It’s easy to update your credit card on file at anytime.
Below are the steps to update your credit card on file:
- Go to https://funeralinnovations.com/users/login
- Login with your user and password
- In the upper right, click on the arrow by your name.
- Click My Profile.
- Click Payments on the left.
- Click Update Credit Card.
- Enter the email you’d like the invoices to go to, the credit card, expiration date and special code. Then click Update.
- The credit card form will notify you of any errors that need to be fixed. Once the credit card is updated, the Update button will show a green check mark when the credit card is updated successfully.
