Customizing the Family Portal
The Family Portal can be customized to support the process messaging of your firm. Although there are limitations, the options offered will allow your firm enough customization to allow the Family Portal to extend your level of care.
The following steps will help you customize the Family Portal:
- Go to https://funeralinnovations.com/users/login
- Login with your user and password
- On the left side of the dashboard, click Cases
- Click Setup on the left hand menu.
- Click Family Portal.
- The available options to be customized are listed. Click each one individually and make any desired changes. Be sure to click Save Changes after each change.
- Click Save Changes to complete customizing the Family Portal.
