Resetting Your Login Password
The It’s a challenge to juggle all the passwords you use online. At some point you might find yourself unsure of your login. Thankfully, it’s easy to set a new password to regain access to your Funeral Innovations account.
The following steps will help you reset your password:
- Go to https://funeralinnovations.com/users/login
- Click Forgot your password?.
- Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
- If the email is found in our system, an email with the new login information will be sent. The new temporary password will be provided.
- Copy the password from the previous email and click on the link in the email to return to the login screen. Enter the email and password and click Sign in.
Note: If you you receive an invalid password error, double check to make sure no spaces were copied on either end of the password in the email.
- Once logged in, click on the arrow in the upper right.
- Click My Profile.
- Click Password from the menu on the left.
- Enter your new password and confirm the password. Then click Save Changes.
- A message notifying you that your password was updated successfully will be displayed.
