Moving an Obituary to the Top of the Listing
On some occasions, an obituary is pushed down the listing on your website if the family elects to delay the memorial service. Then the family wishes for the obituary to be moved to the top again when the service is planned for family and friends to easily find the obituary. It is easy to move an obituary to the top of the listing within the Growth Engine to accommodate the family’s wishes.
Follow the steps below to move an obituary to the top of the listing:
- Go to https://funeralinnovations.com/users/login
- Login with the user and password
- On the left side of the dashboard, click Cases.
- Click Action on the case that you would like to move to the top of the listing.
- Click View/Edit to open the case.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and check to box next to Move to top?.
- Click Save Changes to move the obituary to the top of the page.
