Removing a Subscriber
Periodically, there are subscribers of your email series who wish to be removed. Each email in a series contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom that allows users to easily unsubscribe on their own, but it is also possible for you to remove them from the email series too.
Complete the following steps to remove a subscriber from an email series:
- Go to https://funeralinnovations.com/users/login
- Login with your user and password
- On the left side of the dashboard, click Email.
- In the top left sub-menu, click Series.
- Search for the desired Series to add the subscriber to and click Go to Series.
- Click Active Subscribers.
- A listing of all subscribers of the Email Series will be displayed. If needed, search under the name or email you are looking for. Once you see the subscriber listed, click on the delete button to the right.
Note: If you do not find the subscriber under the Active tab, search under the Removed and Completed tabs. If the subscriber is under Removed or Completed no action is necessary.
