Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

How and When we use your Facebook Information
Rather than you (a memorial page’s visitor) manually entering your name and email address before posting a tribute message, Funeral Innovations makes it easy by fetching your information from Facebook. Before using this information, Funeral Innovations explicitly requests to have your consent to access your Facebook account. This is to obtain your name, email address, and profile picture to pre-fill the tribute posting form. This information is necessary for displaying your name, tribute message, profile picture as well as letting the deceased’s family know who left the particular tribute.
You do however have the right to request that all of your information be deleted from Funeral Innovations’ website. Please note that when you request to have your information removed, it’ll also delete all tributes you might have left using your Facebook information. To request removal of your information please follow the following instructions:
- Login to your Facebook account
- Navigate to Account Settings > Security and Login > Apps and Websites
- Search for the Funeral Innovations – Websites app
- Click on the Remove button. This will remove all your connections between Facebook and Funeral Innovations’ website. Once removed, Funeral Innovations will no longer be able to access the non-public information you previously shared with it
You do however have the right to request that all of your information be deleted from Funeral Innovations’ website at any time.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
