National Hospice & Palliative Care Month

November is National Hospice and Palliative Care Month and organizations across the country are reaching out to raise awareness about the highest quality care for all people coping with life-limiting illness. This year’s theme is Know Your Options!

“Every year, nearly 1.6 million people living with a life-limiting illness receive care from hospice and palliative care providers in this country,” said J. Donald Schumacher, president and CEO of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.

The best time to learn about your options is before you’re faced with a medical crisis. We are taking the opportunity this month to educate by bringing back our very successful Hospice and Palliative Care Month Posts for the third year to our Social Media Copilot clients. Last year, our clients reached over 50,285 people with these posts.
