Ever had an event or something happen at your firm that you really want everyone in your community to know? Well, Funeral Innovations is excited to announce that our Social Sites now have the Announcement Bar feature. The Announcement Bar lets you highlight any event or pressing issue happening at your firm by appending the message you want to communicate at the top of every page on your website.
How might you use the Announcement Bar? Here’s a few examples:
- Are you phone lines down? Let every visitor know of your alternate number.
- Having an upcoming event? Announce it to every website or obituary visitor.
- Launching a new service or offering? Get the word out!
Creating an announcement
Creating an announcement is easy. Simply navigate your way to the announcements tab on the left side menu of your site’s dashboard. While in the announcements section, enter then save the message you want displayed on your website.
To remove the announcement, simply log back into your dashboard then clear the message you had set in the announcements textarea. You can also set the start and end date for when you want your announcement to be available on your site below the announcements textarea.
