Adding Others to Lead Notifications

When leads are generated by the Growth Engine, it is important to ensure the proper staff members receive them. That’s why it is critical to update the recipient of the leads with each campaign that is run.

Below are the steps to update the recipients of new lead submissions.

1. Start by logging in to Growth Engine.

2. Enter your username and password.

3. In the upper right, click on Funeral Home name. Click on Profile.

4. Click on Team on the left menu.

5. Click on the Add Team Member option and fill out the team Member’s information. After filling out the information and staff Role, click on the Save blue button.

4. Next, go to Notification Preferences on the left.

5. Enter the team member’s name and click Save at the bottom of the page to update the Notification Emails.
